1. Information we collect

Coupon authentication and usage information：

You do not need to sign in to browse public information. To use a coupon, choose an available authentication method to verify your identity. We process identifiers and provider information such as email addresses only as needed for authentication and usage limits. We record the account, coupon, store, time of use, conditions at use, and whether use was cancelled and the reason. You do not need to give authentication codes or secret authentication information to stores.

Information entered in enquiries and listing applications:

We may collect names, organisation names, email addresses, telephone numbers, enquiry details, information you wish to have listed, and information needed to check rights to attached materials.

Analytics information:

We record usage that does not directly identify individuals, such as pages viewed, items clicked, device type (smartphone, tablet or computer), and dates and times. We do not store IP addresses, names or email addresses in these analytics records.

Information handled by external services:

Enquiries and listing applications are accepted through Google Forms. Information submitted through the forms is also handled in accordance with Google's terms and privacy policy.

2. Purposes of use

  • Verifying identity when using coupons, checking used status and preventing duplicate use
  • Cancelling mistaken use and handling usage enquiries and problems
  • Counting coupon uses and accounts that used them, and reporting totals to stores after the coupon ends
  • Responding to enquiries, listing applications, correction requests and removal requests.
  • Checking rights to listed content, images and materials, and whether they may be published.
  • Updating information about event cancellations, postponements and changes to the extent known.
  • Investigating problems, maintaining service safety and understanding usage.
  • Improving the website, navigation through LINE and other channels, and displayed content.

3. Managing Google Forms responses

Only the staff responsible at 株式会社Rirary can view responses submitted through Google Forms. Responses for which handling is complete are deleted approximately 1 year after completion. However, we may retain information to the extent necessary when required by law or for checking rights.

4. Third-party disclosure and outsourcing

Except where required by law, we do not provide personal information to third parties without the individual's consent. We use the following external services to the extent necessary to operate the service:

  • Google Forms
  • Vercel
  • Supabase
  • External destinations such as LINE, local governments, shops, maps and social media.

5. Cookies and analytics

IBURIZ does not identify visitors using its own Cookie when they only browse public information. When you authenticate to use a coupon, we use cookies to maintain your authentication state. The admin interface also uses cookies to keep administrators and editors signed in. Google Forms, LINE, Google and external websites may use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies. Our analytics records do not store IP addresses, names or email addresses.

6. Security measures

We manage collected information to prevent leaks, loss and alteration through measures such as access control, deletion of unnecessary information and checks of appropriate external service settings.

Individual coupon usage records are retained for 1 year after the coupon ends, then deleted. If it ends early, that end time is the starting point. Afterwards, we retain per-coupon aggregate reports without information that identifies individuals. Authentication accounts are deleted once 1 year has passed since their last use and no usage records that need to be retained remain.

Only the operator's administrators can view usage records and aggregates. Stores are not given access to the admin interface; they receive aggregate counts, such as uses and accounts, after the coupon ends. End reports do not include users' email addresses or individual usage records.

7. Requests for disclosure, correction, deletion and related actions

If an individual requests disclosure, correction, suspension of use or deletion of their personal information, we confirm their identity by replying to the email address entered in the contact form and respond in accordance with law. In principle, we respond within 2 weeks. There is no fee.

8. Revisions

When this policy is revised, we announce it on the website and update the last revision date. Important changes are explained in an understandable way appropriate to their content.
